1 General Terms & Introduction

3 Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24–72 hours.
• Withdrawals exceeding ৳5,000 BDT are not permitted until verification is complete.
• Transactions may be temporarily suspended in cases of suspected suspicious activity.

Depositing or withdrawing using a third party's bank account or payment method is strictly prohibited. Any such transaction detected will result in immediate account closure.

4 Bonus, Promotion & Reward Terms

11Wickets regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each offer comes with specific terms that must be followed.

• Welcome Bonus: Bonuses received on the first deposit require a specified wagering amount to be met before withdrawal (wagering requirement).
• Cashback Offer: Cashback is awarded on net losses within a specified time period.
• Referral Bonus: A bonus is available for referring a friend, provided the referred friend opens a genuine account.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• Bonus balance can only be used for betting and is not available for direct withdrawal.

5 Betting Terms & Conditions

All bets on 11Wickets are governed by a defined set of rules. The following rules apply to the acceptance and settlement of bets:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Bets placed after an event has started will be counted as In-Play bets.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 11Wickets reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• If a match is abandoned or left incomplete, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Maximum payout limits vary by sport and market.

A special note for cricket betting: if the result of a cricket match is determined by the Duckworth-Lewis method, bets will be settled accordingly. Bets will be void if the minimum required number of overs has not been bowled.

6 Prohibited Activities & Anti-Fraud Policy

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 11Wickets:

• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity ("multi-accounting").
• Creating fake accounts to abuse bonuses.
• Match fixing or placing bets based on insider information.
• Boosting account balance through arbitrage betting methods.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Attempting to access the platform through hacking or any other unauthorized method.
• Using funds obtained through money laundering or illegal sources.

11Wickets uses advanced fraud detection systems to monitor all transactions and betting patterns. If suspicious activity is detected, the account will be temporarily suspended pending investigation.

7 Account Closure & Suspension Policy

11Wickets reserves the right to close or suspend any account under the following circumstances:

• Breaching any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false information or fraudulent documents.
• Participating in illegal or fraudulent activities.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• In compliance with a court order or regulatory authority directive.

8 Limitation of Liability

• Issues arising from third-party service failures.
• Unexpected technical issues or server downtime.
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, pandemic, etc.).

9 Dispute Resolution Process

If a dispute arises over the outcome of a bet or a payment, please follow the process outlined below:
